Crafted from a soft cotton blend fabric with brushed fleece lining, the hoody has a block colour panelled design and is finished with Lonsdale branding

Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days from Checkout. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging amd returned with any accessories sent with your item ( belts ect )

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for personal hygiene reasons, Items such as Swimwear, Lingerie and Bodies.

Additional non-returnable items:
Only fully priced items are refundable, Items in the Sale% section of our shop or discounted items are non refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or simply return your item with the invoice sent with your item

Items returned for an exchange must be returned with an accompanying note stating the size you wish to exchange for.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or items returned to the sender

Any item not in its original condition with obvious signs of wear, tainted with perfume or smoke or any other odour which makes resale of the item impossible or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
( In such cases the returned item will be returned to the sender )

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will be returned to the sender.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are always happy to exchange your item for a different size if needed. If you need to exchange it then simply send us an email at Urban.direct@outlook.com and return your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are posting an item over £25.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as Royal mail Recorded delivery.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and until we receive it you are legally responsible for it. Any item lost in transit to us is between you and your chosen shipping postage agent, ie Royal mail, My Hermes, ect and any losses need to be claimed for from them.
